These popular fitness programs with instructor Robin Weber return to the Baird for a spring session beginning the week of April 2
Total Body Circuit
The total Body Circuit class is a great option for those who are relatively fit and looking for a new experience n exercise AND for those just getting started in an exercise routine. The circuit allows participants to exercise independently, within a group but at their own pace. The class includes separate exercise stations. Each station is a different exercise designed to work all muscle groups by the end of the circuit, keeping exercise interesting, invigorating and fun!
Mondays, 9:15am April 2 - June 11 (no class May 28)
Fridays 9:15am (April 6 - June 15(No class May 18)
Fee: $110 for 10 sessions
In this senior fitness class,participants will work on increasing flexibility and strength, improving balance and posture and reducing stress. Using soft fitness balls, light weights and resistance bands, participants work through a variety of exercises which focus on improving overall stamina and well-being.

Fee: $66 for 11 classes
Fridays at 10:15 am, April 6 - June 15 (no class May 18)
Fee - $60 for 10 sessions
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting in a chair. It adapts traditional yoga poses so that they can be done making yoga more accessible for people who cannot stand for long periods of time. As in traditional yoga classes, chair yoga helps to deepen flexibility, strengthen personal body awareness and improve physical and mental fitness.
